Well I finally am ready to get back in the groove after taken about 3 weeks off from most fitness activity....after a real good warm weather season, I was pretty worn out from working out so much, my arm was gassed from throwing a football to the college age kids at the pool, and my lower stomach muscle tear from diving seems to be healed...my tan is gone , my arms not quite as pumped, summer over, I need some reason to stay motivated this fall/winter.

So I'm ready to get back in the groove and this will be my diary/workout blog...maybe it will inspire someone or who knows, it may just keep me motivated...pay no attention to the man behind the keyboard:103631605

I went and purchased the Omega 3-6-9 Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Borage Seed Oil...and will start getting back into peak condition... been eating a lot of fish,chicken, crabmeat,and Bostom Market frozen entrees (lol)

I'm gonna try to start running a mile a day and try to get my time down to a respectable level...I'm gonna focus on doing a lot of heavy leg work (not squats though) to get my legs bigger, and will really cut back on doing so many sets and really give my body parts adequate rest, something that I do not do enough of in the summer time...

So for today I will be doing a chest workout and later I will be do leg presses...:toast: just to get back in the swing of things.

hell yeah!

nothing beats a good workout - and im happy to hear that your gonna be takin it seriously. Most people that set goals give up after about a month since they didnt turn into a model over night.

i`ll be reading ur blog everyday - maybe you`ll give me an idea or two to add to my workout...and perhaps like wise

but your right...summer is overwith...and im gonna go back to bulking - i cut up for the summer, and it was a bitch...but man it was worth it :hump::hump::hump:

Well I already am in what most people would say is very good condition, so lets keep that in mind...however last winter , first time in my life I just lost my fire, its not going to happen this year.

My goal is to stay in great condition for the next 6 months, and not be scrambling to get back in shape come April! I have always been able to bounce back quickly (fortunately) but last spring, I just had a very difficult time stringing together any consistency....I did have a great warm weather season however, but towards the end of the summer I was burnt out, and my body was fried from too many workouts (its a summertime psychological thing with me, but that's another issue altogether)

Its always worth it to feel your best and that is what I will continue to try to do...
